1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and w566 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the w566 website, mobile application and all services available through those channels. These Terms apply to all products offered on the platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, VIP rewards and all promotional offers.

You are solely responsible for all bets, transactions and activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact w566 support immediately via the live chat or email channel.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All transactions on the w566 platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). No currency conversion is applied. All PKR balances held in your w566 account remain your funds unless they are under a wagering requirement tied to an active bonus. 4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at w566 covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and over 25 additional sports. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are available on qualifying fixtures. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the w566 platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change at any point before bet confirmation is completed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are subject to a short processing delay. The odds shown at the time you click to place a bet may change before the bet is confirmed during live play. If odds change materially, the new odds will be displayed before confirmation is required.
• w566 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, suspicious betting patterns or where the integrity of the market is in question.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the individual sport's rules. For Cricket, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, match winner bets are typically voided unless a result has been officially declared.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. One void selection in an accumulator is typically removed and the remaining selections continue. Specific accumulator rules are displayed on the platform.
• Cashout is available on selected markets and is at w566's discretion. Cashout values fluctuate based on live odds and may be suspended at any time during a live event.

Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and markets. These limits vary by sport, competition and market type and are displayed within the bet slip when you select your market. w566 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market for any player at any time, including but not limited to cases where unusual betting activity is detected.

6. Live Casino Rules

The w566 Live Casino section provides real dealer table games streamed in real time including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show style titles. Live Casino games are operated by third-party game providers and are subject to both these Terms and the rules of the individual game as displayed at the table.

• All Live Casino bets are final once the dealing round or spin is completed. No bet can be cancelled or altered once the game round has started.
• In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection or streaming failure during a game round, w566 will endeavour to settle bets based on available game data. If a fair settlement cannot be determined, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.

7. Bingo Rules

• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, w566 will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily at any time can do so by contacting the w566 support team. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, w566 reserves the right to retain bonus-derived balances and to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.
